What are your responsibilities?
3M Turkey is looking for a Planning Engineer for its Cerkezkoy Plant;
- Management of supply chain product flow to support customer requirements.
- Scheduling procurement and manufacturing for a specified group of products.
- Review material flow parameters such as order quantity, lot size, make cycle frequency, replenishment interval and recommends appropriate levels to support the business/customer requirements.
- Manages raw material and semi-finished inventory buffer quantities.
- Continuously works to improve the planning and scheduling process.
- Identifies ways to improve customer service, inventory investment, and supply chain efficiency to achieve measurable results; participates in implementation.
Competenze ed esperienze desiderate
- University degree of engineering, Industrial Engineering is preferable
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory planning & demand planning
- Experience to handle multi-system supply process
- Service and result oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with multifunctional manufacturing modules / being proactive
- Experienced in MS Office applications, familiar with ERP,MRP
- Residence in Cerkezkoy or Bahcesehir location is required
- All applicants must be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office Package and no military obligation(for male candidates only).
